The Legacy at South Plains was our last visit when trying to find a place for mom. They were courteous and really cared about us being there and helping. They followed up and every employee I talked to was courteous. Sadly, mom passed before we could use their services, but they are definitely worth a look. I would not hesitate to allow them to take care of my elders. Quality of life and compassionate care is a huge mantra here.
Amy the intake coordinator made a difficult process as easy as possible. She guided us through the paperwork. My sister is really looking forward to moving in The Legacy. Everything I have seen there gives me confidence her needs will be met there, as well as a lot of her wants.
After researching and touring several Lubbock assisted living facilities, my father chose The Legacy at South Plains Connections for my mother. Perhaps his choice was based on the calming environment, the lovely rooms, the professionalism of the staff that greeted us for the tour, or something else that just clicked. The team really cares for my mom that lives there. Always calling her by name as well as me. When my dad passed from dementia, they did everything they could to make sure he was comfortable and passed with dignity. They were all such a blessing and comfort to us!I appreciate all they do to make my mom’s life the best it can be. We feel confident the team at Legacy is the best fit for mom!
The staff at Legacy at South Plains are terrific! They truly care about the residents there, take time to get to know them, and treat them with respect. The staff also go out of their way to help the residents and their family. Couldn't say enough about Legacy and its staff - if you're looking for a place for your loved one - rest assured this place will exceed your expectations!
