I first spoke with the paralegal/admin, Abigail, who was super knowledgeable and was able to assist me with my concerns. I was so emotional and upset when I contacted Legacy after I was searching info about beneficiary rights.. my inquiry led to a call from Jade. I was stunned that a law firm could be represented by such a warm, articulate, knowledgeable and sincerely caring person. I contacted you with questions about the death certificate process for my brother. I received a text with more information, and the opportunity to schedule an appointment with your firm. Unfortunately, I don't have the money to hire an attorney, so I didn't call to do that. Jade called today to follow up and see if I had any questions.
