Very nice place to live but unfortunately hate to say it the place will be ran down quickly, already is as they are telling the tenants that are complaining about excessive noise that they can get out of there lease! Why should the ones that have respect for other tenants have to move when we are the ones getting up to go to work and live a normal life, the ones that are playing loud music at 9pm all the way up to 8am the next morning and letting there kids stomp at these hours that are not normal operating hours for this ty... read more
Nice units but the actual property is ghetto to say the least. No active maintenance.. One leasing agent and half the people who live here don’t work. No security! Unattended kids the tenants trash the place couple fighting I definitely would not recommend to anyone!!!! No one to enforce the rules so therefore imagine a prison with no corrections office or warden!!! Welcome to Legacy on Penn 🫤
