If I could give this building zero stars I would. Here is a list of all the reasons why. If you are considering living here read on - I have been here for 2 years and it slowly hits you. 1. The water is turned off about 5 times a month with no warning whatsoever. If you work from home be warned. 2. Someone was shot and killed on my floor and this was not the first instance of gun violence in my building. 3. They updated the lobby before the fixed the elevators. Karly, who works in the Marquis Leasing Office has been the BIGGEST help ever! Since I signed a lease at the end of June it has been problem after problem with the Marquis but Karly always seems to make everything work and accommodate to my problems. I would recommend this apartment complex just because of her. Thank you Karly for all of your help over the past couple months, you rock!
I'm a fairly new resident here. When I first moved in I was over the moon excited to live here. This cheap but still downtown? A steal. However, you 100% get what you pay for. In the 5 months I've lived here, I've had to have maintenance come to my apartment probably 10 times to fix things. As I'm typing this, my washer is broken (this is now the FOURTH request for this to be fixed) and my fridge is not cold (spoiling all of my food in there and creating a foul smell throughout my apartment). All the 5 star "reviews" with no actual comments makes you wonder if they are actual reviews. I will leave my review though. I will post what I just posted on the management company's page. This place is absolutely awful and I don't recommend you moving here. 3 years was too long and I am very happy to be leaving now.
