We’ve been in here a few times over the last year. Random gear, service and a new etmb. Gear is limited but all the essentials are there. The service team is fantastic. I needed a rear shock on an old Trek Remedy 8 that isn’t available anymore and she was able to Frankenstein something together works great. I’ve been eyeing the Transition Relay PNW for almost a year and Mike has been so helpful along the way. Amazing place to rent (or buy) a variety of bikes, including a toddler balance bike!! Fantastic service, both over the phone and in person. I didn’t catch any names, but the 5 employees we interacted with were all very friendly and very helpful. We were looking for a last minute bike/helmet rental for my kid and they went above and beyond answering questions and getting us set up. Tip: there’s a pump track for kids at Torguson Park less than half a mile from the store!
I had a great experience with The Line. I brought my e-bike in for warranty service, and the entire process was quick and easy. The team was patient, informative, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on and what needed to be done. Pricing was very reasonable, which was a nice surprise. Overall, excellent service and a team that really knows what they’re doing. I’d definitely recommend them and will be going back for other things that I can’t handle.
Rented a Salsa full suspension ebike for a couple hours, just a bit off season but worth it. Mike delivered the bike to the Raging River trailhead on time and the bike was set up perfectly. He gave me a good idea of what trails to ride. Texted Stacy before heading down and she met me to pickup the bike. They have a container at the trailhead with bikes, but didn't have my size there so it was A+ treatment! I'll be back 🤘
If you want a local experience, with super knowledgable techs and walk you through the process in detail, look no further than the line. I'm a relative newby to mountain biking and brought in my Yeti SB150 to get a full check up. They were amazing in explaining what they would recommend, went through in detail why they recommended what they did and were always transparent on the pros and cons, never any pressure. When I picked up the bike, they did an awesome job! The Line will be my home base bike shop from now on!
