I recently visited The Lofts at Elmsley Crossing to submit my application, and I was thoroughly impressed with the site manager. She is incredibly sweet and respectful. Despite having two other clients in the office and a phone that ringing constantly, she managed to help everyone efficiently while also handing calls- an impressive display of multitasking and great customer service. The young lady working the leasing office is unbelievably unprofessional. Don’t ever waive your hand in someone’s face while you’re addressing a client. While being condescending with your responses, dismissing when the client has speaking disability and they are trying to speak to you as best as they can. Unfortunately I had to walk away while she was talking because her body language and demeanor told me that I was not going to get my questions answered at all. Hi my name is Delores White I am a tenant here well I just want to say at the loft there's so much they give you until you can't refuse there are a blessing in the home it's new and it's full of joy that you put into it they don't harass you they don't question you about anything but they do check on you I love staying here I love being here I love everything that is about the loft saddle crossing I thank God for this place I don't know anyone around here I met a few but it's so comfortable I love it and God bless you all
Alot of publicity on the news for what the other day just to call and they say oh we have nothing available. And we been full long before we had a open house.. so why all the news coverage giving folks false hope what's it really about fame ok
I have had nothing but a great time living over here, it is very peaceful and nice there is not a lot of noise and the living space is wonderful.
