The Lovett Center has been awesome. Not only have I made great friends through their Group Work options they have but their one on one services are best in class. I highly recommend The Lovett Center as a trusted and best in class source to improve as a person, parent, spouse and even business owner.
Ethos Lovett is a mixed bag. Some of the staff are great, so four stars for them, but other therapists leave a lot to be desired and it is not just the very green ones who need more supervision but also the presumably seasoned ones who need to step down and focus on their own mental state. The admin side is also a tad disorganized, but the people who answer the phone and do intake are nice and represent the company and interfacing with people in crisis well. My therapist is amazing! This is for the Ethos Wellness at the Lovett Center. I’ve been with her for over a year. However, I’ve been calling every week since January 2025 for a super bill to submit to my insurance and it’s April 2025 with no avail. It’s getting to the point where they are straight up lying to me saying they’ll send it the next day each time I call. I spoke with Angela at the front desk numerous times and she’s been telling me they are backed up and she will get mine immediately but nothing. I guess the next ... read more
