My therapist is amazing! This is for the Ethos Wellness at the Lovett Center. I’ve been with her for over a year. However, I’ve been calling every week since January 2025 for a super bill to submit to my insurance and it’s April 2025 with no avail. It’s getting to the point where they are straight up lying to me saying they’ll send it the next day each time I call. Lovett center is hands down the place go seek help and hope. Their program is outstanding. Their program i one of the main reasons my husband is alive. I will for ever be thankful and highly recommend them.
I wished i was told that i wasnt a good candidate before my mom paid the Assesment which is 295$ NON refundable & doesnt guarrante acceptance to their program i was just told i need to complete a Partial Hospitalization before hand.If you have active trauma,PTSD, eating disorders ,subtance abuse, etc not for you. I give 2 stars because i did feel safe & both mykaela & Megan where kind.
Ethos has helped me more than I could ever have asked for, from treatment to IOP and SOP, this is where WE recover! The owners are extremely passionate about what they do and will forever be a part of why I pay it forward in my own recovery. I want to personally thank Ethos and all the staff for saving my life.
Offer you hope take your money and then not willing to offer the most vulnerable of young adults a placement. No refund only the chance to retest at an extra cost and they say they want to help you. Be careful they are not fully transparent. Places like this should be held to blame for teenage suicide and need stricter rules to be able to assess the vulnerable and then reject them.
