I miss living here! We stayed from 2022 to 2023 and enjoyed mostly every bit of it. It’s a family community, but the walls are thick and you do not hear each other which is so nice. Management was great, kind, always quick and attentive, and we had no problems about our ESA dog. Any maintenance issues we had were always attended to ASAP and resolved to the best of their abilities. Pools were awesome. I love it here!! It gives me a very D.C. brownstone vibe and is overall just pretty. I love the lay out of the complex and the floor plans. All the office workers are amazing and the maintenance people are the best! Very quick and effective. The location is the best and is in Jenks school district (if you have school aged children) all the neighbors I have met are wonderful and have only encountered one “Karen”. I feel safe and secure here. The pools are great in the summer. So far, zero complaints.
Been her for about 6/7 years now maybe. Love it here. Love the staff. Super nice and very professional. I never had an issue with them whatsoever. Anything I needed they always come through for me! 👍🏾
The person that assisted us was Amy, fantastic personality, very knowledgeable. Answered all our question very friendly and professionally. Looking forward to joining the Mansions at Riverside community.
The maintenance is top notch. Fix items promptly. Then they come back and check to make sure everything is working properly
