Horrible place that discriminates
Mansions of Prosper discriminated and retaliated against me for being disabled! Avoid at all costs!
MOLD!! BEWARE OF MOLD!! My husband and I have lived here for a little over two years. At first we loved it. There were a few kinks such as the guys that pick up the trash do so very late so by the time they pick it up birds and other wildlife have gotten it and trash is all over the yard or street. The walls were kind of thin so we could hear our neighbors cough or their dogs play. But our main problem is MOLD. I am 7 months pregnant and I have had asthma since I was a child but didn’t really have any flare ups until I moved... read more

The Mansions of Prosper discriminates against the disabled and it’s disgusting. It’s 2024. Grow up. Very deceptive business practices, too. Avoid this property at all costs!!!
