So far I enjoy it, but would stop short of calling apartments “luxury” I have lived at “The Mark” since August. So far I do enjoy the apartment and the area but I would disagree with calling these apartments “luxury”. I think “premium” would be a better word for it: Pros: -The “utilities” package really is a game changer at least for me if I ever decide to move to another community.
