It was my first visit. Dr. Julius Hyatt was very professional and patient-oriented. No "rush attitude". Dr. Julius Hyatt explained my situation and offered solutions. He answered all my questions. Doctor listened to all my concerns. I felt very comfortable. The assistants and receptionists were kind, patient and very welcoming. The essential part of the visit was an office atmosphere. The staff was great! From the moment I walked in the door the people were very welcoming and pleasant. The doctor explained what was wrong and what he was going to do to help me in a way I could easily understand. When I was making my next appointment they worked with me to get me a date and time that worked to fit my needs. I was also given a breakdown of what the costs will be, since I just recently lost my insurance, and I will have to pay for the procedure myself. I would definitely recommend this place.
Very courteous staff. Comfortable treatment chair. Excellent care by Doctor. Aftercare instructions are very clear. I had an issue with pain medication (pharmacy was out of ordered dose). I called the office and this was taken care of quickly without any issues. All in all, would highly recommend.
I had my wisdom teeth surgically removed today. Everything went smooth and painless. All the staff were friendly. Dr. Kim is kind and professional. Post op instructions were explained thoroughly. He made sure to check on me after my surgery to see how I'm doing.
Dr. Stanhope and the staff there were great. they were very professional and helped me to stay calm. every thing went smoothly. it was completely painless. Right now I do have some pain and have taken some tylenol the is low level so can stand it. I will recommend you service to anyone needs oral surgery.
