I wanted to write this review to help others in making their decision. Sales calls: I called to ask for info and they scheduled a tour for the following week. During the few days in between, Admissions Specialist Ashley Joiner contacted me 4 times, twice via email and twice via voicemail. She called early on my birthday, which was a Sunday, on a holiday weekend. The staff has really made a difference in my life, they actually care. I love coming here everyday. Very educational experience learning about childhood trauma and carried emotions. I have discovered many self-soothing techniques that I’ve needed my entire life but have not gotten anywhere else.
This place is trying to rip people off. They did several assessments in person and on the phone, only to deny me entry into the program, after I paid. Now months later they keep saying someone will call me about my refund, yet they never do. Seek treatment elsewhere, and they know I'm a medically retired veteran with PTSD.
honestly really great. helped a lot and the staff was pretty awesome.
