It wasn’t just one thing that made it all work. It was the whole process and experience. My therapist was awesome, and the doctors were great too. I would definitely recommend this program who is struggling with depression and anxiety, PTSD, and or C-PTSD. Thank you so much for the Unbroken group for Military/Vets and First Responders. It was truly amazing.

The team at The Meadows truly sets the standard for outpatient care (behavioral health, addiction, etc.). The 8-week program is unique in that it focuses on trauma, using a model and tools to guide participants through a journey of self discovery. It is truly life-saving work and with the top-tier care team, I felt respected and supported. They also use many of the newest technologies, such as neurofeedback, to aid in recovery. I left the program stronger and will be forever grateful to The Meadows.
