Please don’t hesitate to choose The Medical Team for Hospice services. Our RN-Val was the best. She was patient with us and explained what was going to happen throughout this process. She answered all our questions and helped me keep it together during this time. Although you know the end result, you are never quite prepared for it. If I could give a million stars I would! In The Medical Team Hospice staff, I have only seen compassion, care, and empathy! Jennifer G is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and caring nurses I have ever met. While the end of life can be sad and hard on patients and their loved ones, I have personally witnessed the compassion provided to make the transition as easy as possible. Having to experience the end of your loved one’s life is never easy, but having the support of a good hospice team makes it a little more bearable. Thank you Jenn G for being such a caring, supportive nurse . Your empathy shows that providing end of life services is more than just a job! You are appreciated more than you’ll ever know!
My stepdad was under hospice care recently with The Medical Team and although it was (unexpectedly) a short time as he passed quickly, they took very good care of him. Our nurse Valerie was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with our family. She kept him comfortable during his final days and moved quickly when he needed supplies, meds, etc. and we really can’t thank her enough for all the support she gave us.
