My friend and I went here for a hot water heater today. Too say this place and the customer service is wonderful is an understatement. Not only are the knowledgeable but they do whatever they can to help you. I felt like they really cared and wanted to do their best to help us. They went above and beyond and we are so thankful.
I would recommend this store for any of your mobile home needs. I went in looking for a specific back door and they did not have one in stock so the fellow there got on the phone with the company and was able to get me the door I wanted. They asked for no deposit down. Nothing when the door came in they called me like they said they would. I went down the next morning and picked it up paid for the door took care all that and he gave me the stripping for it and all new screws. No extra charge. If I could give this place a 1/2 of a star or less I would. They are RUDE!! I ordered a door it was to be in the following week, no one called to tell me it was back ordered. Called the following week to check on my order it was still back ordered now I paid for this door over 3 weeks ago. The person that answered the phone got short with me and very rudely said it should be here next week if you don’t want to wait for it to come in you can bring your receipt in and we’ll give you your money back.
