Francis was such a great help. He carried out all of the nitty gritty work and kept us informed every step of the way. He made the process easier to understand and was such a huge factor in building us up to get ready for mortgages, a home and everything that comes with it! Could not recommend him enough to anyone, especially a first time buyer like ourselves! To top it off, mortgage shop sent us a lovely little welcome package which we did not expect!
