If I could give zero stars I would. I have lived here for a year now and I could not get out fast enough. I had a leak in my ceiling that I reported 3 times before they would even come look at it.. several months later after water leaked all over my stuff they finally came back and cut a huge hole in the ceiling. They never came back to patch it so I have been living with the hole for months. I regret moving into the Narrows apartments in Hutto, Texas. Now I'm stuck in a year contract. My experience these last three months have not been good at all. Dealing with loud neighbors that seemed to be active throughout the night (sometimes up to 3am), the severe smell of marihuana smoke to the point that you open your doors and the hallways reek of marihuana smell, (not good when your child has asthma), to rude management in the way they address you (both Casey and Bailey seemed nice until I actually moved in), also the... read more

Just applied for my first apartment feeling good about it, all thanks to Carlos from the front desk. He was super sweet and helpful. I look forward to being hopefully a future resident!! (: Thanks again.

I am not sure why this apartment complex have a four star when they should have more like a -1 star. From my experience they actually tried to fear me in paying rent on time or they was going to charge me fees back from concession. But it’s not in my lease agreement and thank god I have that record too. I strongly encourage everyone to look elsewhere
