Veteran here. Middle of nowhere, across the street from a school so it’s heavy traffic every morning. Location is bad. They are stealing your information and your children’s information to sell now and in the future. They dig for all personal information and talk it out loud in the lobby which has bugs trash. barely could get an appointment because they are so “busy”. I called them unprofessional and she hit me with the “I’m sorry you think that sir” I didn’t even want to look at the lady. Just bad energy in the building. I
My application and move in process with The Narrows has been such a breath of fresh air! Renting is hard. We all know it. Although the process was lengthy and at times a bit tedious, Carlos has been amazingly communicative, tactful, and responsive during the entire process. He has truly gone above and beyond to keep us up to date and informed! Upon move in, our apartment was clean and fresh. If I could give zero stars I would. I have lived here for a year now and I could not get out fast enough. I had a leak in my ceiling that I reported 3 times before they would even come look at it.. several months later after water leaked all over my stuff they finally came back and cut a huge hole in the ceiling. They never came back to patch it so I have been living with the hole for months. Been here for over a year. Front office is quick about emergency maintenance and maintenance requests in general. Office staff is super awesome as well. The apartment manager Bailey is an absolute rockstar
I regret moving into the Narrows apartments in Hutto, Texas. Now I'm stuck in a year contract. My experience these last three months have not been good at all. Dealing with loud neighbors that seemed to be active throughout the night (sometimes up to 3am), the severe smell of marihuana smoke to the point that you open your doors and the hallways reek of marihuana smell, (not good when your child has asthma), to rude management in the way they address you (both Casey and Bailey seemed nice until I actually moved in), also the... read more
