If I could give zero stars I would. I have lived here for a year now and I could not get out fast enough. I had a leak in my ceiling that I reported 3 times before they would even come look at it.. several months later after water leaked all over my stuff they finally came back and cut a huge hole in the ceiling. They never came back to patch it so I have been living with the hole for months. I regret moving into the Narrows apartments in Hutto, Texas. Now I'm stuck in a year contract. My experience these last three months have not been good at all. Dealing with loud neighbors that seemed to be active throughout the night (sometimes up to 3am), the severe smell of marihuana smoke to the point that you open your doors and the hallways reek of marihuana smell, (not good when your child has asthma), to rude management in the way they address you (both Casey and Bailey seemed nice until I actually moved in), also the... read more
We were incredibly blessed to work with Jessica through our application process up to our recent move-in. She was always responsive to our calls/emails when we had questions and concerns. Jessica was always positive and proactive when helping us submit documentation while waiting on our application to get approved. She even walked my 18 year old through signing his first lease. I can’t express how helpful and amazing Jessica was to us, and how grateful we are to have had her support and help along side us during this process... read more
Well I want start off saying these apartments a e so nice and Jessica is really the best. She’s amazing and helped not only me but my sister with the process of our applications and getting us in!!!! She is really sweet and down to earth ask for her when you go in 💜
I have to say after moving to Texas recently the first thing on my mind was to find a job and a home for me and my kids! I came across The Narrows and immediately fall in love with the place, I mean whats not to love, Jessica has been a great help every step of the way, literally gave me a break down of every amenities costs and fees.
