While it is Neal's company, I dealt almost exclusively with Lauren Kobe. She was very professional in her knowledge, gave extremely helpful suggestions on both how to make our home more attractive to potential buyers and what not to worry about. We had an investment property in Canyon Country that needed some work before going to market. We live about 30 minutes away and it was always a drag for us to go up there, but Neal and his team were able to just take care of everything -- new paint, landscaping, repairs, photos, etc. To make things more simple, his team would send us quotes, photos, and keep us updated on the progress.
