Neal and his team are true professionals. I had an urgent timeline to sell my house so that I could take advantage of an opportunity and my house was able to sell in 14 days during the Christmas/New Years holiday season. In addition to Neal and expertise you also get a team that is extremely competent, helpful and showed a sense of urgency to make things happen. I had no delays in exchanging information. Every step was clear and executed with precision.
We relocated out of state three years ago and suddenly found ourselves having to sell our house quickly in order to avoid tax issues.
