Today was my very first visit at the clinic and omg I was so pleasantly surprised and had the best experience and impression. They are so organized, and everyone is so nice, professional and efficient. The MA was excellent, the Nurse Practitioner was so understanding and knowledgeable, she seemed to understand my symptoms to perfection. Then Dr. MCGEHRIN came and he was great as well. I had a stroke last year August 1st and here they're going to take care of my brain! I'm blessed to have them on my life they're young so I hope I can help them to understand more the human brain! They're awesome and so patient with me, because about my stroke I had paralyzed my left side so they help me all the time! Thank you happy to be there
Had my nerve study scheduled 3 months in advance. Kept getting confirmation messages after confirmation requests via email and texts. Not even 24 hours before my appointment, I get a text message, after hours, that my appointment that I had waited for so long was cancelled. No nurse calling to inform me, a simple text and email. Very upset, mostly because you make plans to be available and if I would have done the same, I would have needed to pay a cancellation fee. Totally disrespectful!!!

Do not come here if you have epilepsy or any complicated condition that requires more than 5 minutes of discussion because Dr mcgherin will not give you the time of day. He will constantly speak over you and when you are finally able to speak he tells you to hurry up he has more patients. Has absolutely 0 listening skills. He could atleast pretend to care about his job and the patients he “treats”
