I’ve had a great experience at The Niche Apartments! The community is welcoming, well-located, and the apartments are comfortable and spacious. The management—Abby, the property manager, is AMAZING. She is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about her residents. Abby is always responsive, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make sure any concerns are handled quickly and properly. Update: Been a week and Ive still not heard from the rental office regarding the infestation in our apartment. Ive attatched additional photos of the amount of roaches in my apartment. I've leased 2 other apartments in this community and have never had an issue. Downsized from a 3 bedroom back to a 2 bedroom and this apartment has been a nightmare. When we did our first walk through before move in we saw a few bugs, but chopped it up to the apartment being empty, so we set off a bug bomb the day before we moved in and th... read more
I’ve had an excellent experience living at this apartment community. The property is incredibly clean, well-maintained, and peaceful, and you can really tell that the management team takes pride in how the community looks and feels. A huge part of that is Abby, the property manager. She is absolutely amazing — professional, kind, and always quick to help whenever anything comes up. Alexis was so helpful and nice to my mom. She was very friendly and got my mom approved quickly! Alexis deserves a promotion because she went above and beyond. I’m glad my mom got into these nice apartments with great people like Alexis in the front office. Thank you Alexis for being awesome!!
The Niche Apartments is a wonderful place to live — very peaceful with lots of trees and beautiful walking areas. It’s extremely pet-friendly with convenient pet cleaning stations throughout the community. Abigail Hernandez, the manager, is amazing — she’s friendly, professional, and always quick to help. You can really tell she cares about the residents. Highly recommend this community!
