I’ve had a great experience at The Niche Apartments! The community is welcoming, well-located, and the apartments are comfortable and spacious. The management—Abby, the property manager, is AMAZING. She is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about her residents. Abby is always responsive, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make sure any concerns are handled quickly and properly. I’ve had an excellent experience living at this apartment community. The property is incredibly clean, well-maintained, and peaceful, and you can really tell that the management team takes pride in how the community looks and feels. Update: Been a week and Ive still not heard from the rental office regarding the infestation in our apartment. Ive attatched additional photos of the amount of roaches in my apartment. I've leased 2 other apartments in this community and have never had an issue. Downsized from a 3 bedroom back to a 2 bedroom and this apartment has been a nightmare. The Niche Apartments is a wonderful place to live — very peaceful with lots of trees and beautiful walking areas. It’s extremely pet-friendly with convenient pet cleaning stations throughout the community. Abigail Hernandez, the manager, is amazing — she’s friendly, professional, and always quick to help. You can really tell she cares about the residents. Highly recommend this community!
This place looks nice online but falls apart once you move in. They charge a non-refundable pet fee that’s purely for profit, then hit you again with extra “pet” and cleaning fees when you move out — all inflated and barely documented. I even have messages from management that make it clear how little accountability there is. Parking is terrible. Most spots are paid, so if you don’t pay extra, you’ll be stuck parking on the street.
