Update: Been a week and Ive still not heard from the rental office regarding the infestation in our apartment. Ive attatched additional photos of the amount of roaches in my apartment. I've leased 2 other apartments in this community and have never had an issue. Downsized from a 3 bedroom back to a 2 bedroom and this apartment has been a nightmare. I’ve had an excellent experience living at this apartment community. The property is incredibly clean, well-maintained, and peaceful, and you can really tell that the management team takes pride in how the community looks and feels. A huge part of that is Abby, the property manager. She is absolutely amazing — professional, kind, and always quick to help whenever anything comes up. They started out OK. I ha been here a couple years. This tear my HVAC failed along with six other units. They were notified in May. It has now been over a month. Without a working solution. Best part. I was told by the rep on site that it was her regional fault and to send an email. I didn't even get a response. Today repair was scheduled and I was instructed to leave the door unlocked for the tech. We'll one, they have keys. NO ONE SHOWED.Again no call or follow-up. Started my life over in San Antonio. I found this place online looking around. They were actually the first place i wanted to go see but ended up being my 3rd stop. The grounds look better than the photos. Dealing with all those leaves must be a pain but if you want the trees you gotta deal with the leaves. I am excited for the pool to open up. I like the gym. Moving can be stressful and not “fun”, however finding the right place & Leasing Agent is all worth it!! I am so grateful Alexis Herrera @ The Niche was able to find the right unit for me & took the time to go over different options , her customer service was superb!!
