Marlene, Abby, Francisco & the porter are amazing. It’s a nice, quiet complex. I’ve truly enjoyed living here the past year. Even the valet trash guys are amazing! The only reason why I will not give 5 stars is because the complex feels like a car shop rather than home. There are two specific residents who constantly have random people in and out while fixing their vehicles. They seem to run their business onsite as they are never gone from 8-6 during the weekdays. Started my life over in San Antonio. I found this place online looking around. They were actually the first place i wanted to go see but ended up being my 3rd stop. The grounds look better than the photos. Dealing with all those leaves must be a pain but if you want the trees you gotta deal with the leaves. I am excited for the pool to open up. I like the gym. They’ve converted most of the parking lot to pay to reserved parking, half of which sit empty, and now there is insufficient, unreserved parking, and I have to park outside of my own apartment complex. Also, all of the knobs are falling off of everything because they’ve just slapped the cheapest things onto The fixtures here. And there are cockroaches.
Prior to AMC taking over back in April, I never had issues living here. Now, I only get the run around about work orders and broken promises 🤦♀️ Update: If you look at the past reviews most of the 5 star reviews are from a year or more go. However, this place just keeps getting worse. First we had a crack on our tub, no one ever fixed it before. Finally, someone came out to fix the crack on Monday but I was told I would not be able to use our shower until 48 hours after the crack had been sealed. The worker did the seali... read more
I moved here a year ago from another complex. It was a great decision! Marlene, Francisco & Abby have been awesome! I live in a 2 bedroom apartment that is very nice & also reasonably priced. Marlene has very quicky addressed any issues or questions I might have had. Franciso is great! ANY maintenance issues have been addressed quickly & completely. There's lots of choices where to move. I will guarantee moving here is a very good decision.
