My first visit was today, and I was very impressed. The young lady at the front desk was kind and professional. I’m 60 and pretty picky, so that says a lot. The exam technician was also very professional. They took X-rays, showed me the images, and gave a thorough explanation of what was going on. I haven’t always taken the best care of my teeth, but today I received a great cleaning and three fillings. Kim is excellent at her craft, and I look forward to coming back. Had a really good experience getting a cleaning here. Everyone was welcoming, and Dr. Hoang was especially kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time, which made the appointment feel easy. You can tell Dr. Hoang genuinely cares about doing great work and taking care of patients. I’d definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist they can trust
This place is efficient and clean. They have accommodated me multiple times. Front staff is nice. Assistant is very proficient and kind. Dentist is amazing. Cleaning was quick and efficient. She knows what she is doing and it shows. Would recommend this dentist to anyone.
Ive been a patient for over a year since my dentist retired and they told me they would accept my kids 5+. However when my son was getting a cavity filled, she needed a small tool for his tooth and she said she doesnt have tools that small. I was told to see a pediatric dentist but was given no referral and what was no pain before we came in, my son was now in terrible pain with a hole in his tooth, and offices would be closing in the next hour.
