Very nice place,i have been here for 10 years,and i cant complain at all!
Good to stay in reasonable price. Heating is free, vast area for walking, cycling, well maintained. Kids can enjoy in summer
Rude, unhelpful staff. Constant problems and they refuse to fix them. They'll try to nickle and dime you for the shoddy work they do before you move in. Heat and hot water goes out in multiple buildings and they refuse to fix it.
The Oaks is a very family friendly place to live. The staff is so kind and the maintenance people are awesome.we lived here for 11years and it was a great experience.
I am not one to do reviews, but I must do this one, the Oaks Apartments are wonderful, they are well kept inside and out, neighbors are very quiet, the office staff right down to the maintenance are very helpful and professional, anyone looking for comfortable living I highly recommend the Oaks apartments.
