Love my apartment love my new apartment. The distance to the lake is really convenient for taking my dog on walks. The new management renovated the place and it looks nice and modern.
Even the roaches hate it here. Where do I start? At first glance a person who's desperate for a place to stay might think they hit the jackpot by finding This place. The move in special is what first gets your attention, half off first months rent would be a life saver for anyone. But after the landlords had our $100 non-refundable application fee it seemed like even with good credit that offer wasnt on the table anymore. studio The place is full with roaches they claim that they spray it every 3 Months but I never seen anyone come in.i had to but products and try to fix the problem myself.as soon as I moved in it didn't take me long to realize it,as I spoke to the neighbors everybody has the same problem. No one lives there more than the lease term.
