Im going to write another review!!! I dont know how this company got a review of 4.1 or whatever cause it still sucks left a review before and now trying to evict me. You wanna know y i wont pay late fees i dont even feel like i should pay rent they are liars and theives!!! They dont fix anything it still rains in my back door. Still haven't came and sprayed. Still got those same pests. A big ass tree on my roof. My neighbor was here for maybe a month before moving. We have been here almost 3 years and they have dont nothing... read more

They do nothing for you. My backdoor is still leaking and wont lock without many tries till it finally does. Holes in the floor yard is a joke. Ive asked many times many ways to get them to fix stuff spray anything never happened like they said!! They want to up rent and change late fees for a place that isnt right. Got holes in doorways where air comes through and can't stay warm melting in the summer!!! They have only done one thing for us in the 2 and half years we have been here. Its a joke
