Grass not mowed. Fire ants everywhere. Lots of Live in neighbors . Ours was very rude and put orange cones out between us setting boundaries and had a large dog that barked and growled every time you stepped outside. WiFi doesn’t work at all! Very run down !!Roads are muddy when it rains with lots of potholes!
