My parents are being well cared for. We as a family are satisfied that we made the right choice for them. There have been minor issues, but the staff has been quick to correct the problem. We would recommend the Overlook Senior Living facility to others if it fits their individual needs.
I was a little disappointed in the rent increase after one year. It was about 16.5%. The quality of care, friendliness, and cleaniness is amazing. The activities could use some improvement.
We could not be happier! My mom had a major stroke. When she was released from rehab, I was concerned that she wouldn’t be able to continue to improve. I am so delighted that my daughter found The Overlook. The staff and fellow residents have welcomed her very warmly. Mom is in a beautiful one bed room apartment appointed with furnishings from her home. Home health is providing rehab. I’m believing by Christmas she will be walking! We looked and looked and finally stopped to take a tour of the Overlook! I knew from the first visit that this was going to be the place for my mother! The staff members are so loving and kind! They take such good care of my mother and we are 100% happy with the Overlook! This home has been such a blessing to our family!
It was a great experience, and they were very easy to work with. The interaction with staff and communication has been wonderful. They are very attentive and caring.
