I have been going here now going on 6 years and this is a busy place and always full every time I go. The only problem I have is you see a different doctor about every time I go. And the staff and doctors has always been professional and respectful to me. They have got most of my pain under control, but with the ongoing drug abuse problem they are limited to how much pain medication they can prescribe and have to make sure you are using your medication as prescribed. I went here years ago and all the doctors were great until ballard wright he talked to me like I was trash for taking pain medicine they wrote me and I saw a few women come out crying he needs to retire and let people with hearts take over
This may be an outstanding pain clinic, but the receptionist is EXTREMELY rude. After calling with a polite inquiry, i was met with the rudest, most unhelpful, and unprofessional response. Although I could easily obtain a doctors' referral, and proof of insurance to cover my visit, i refuse to do so after being treated with such completely uncalled-for disrespect. Wish i could put no star at all.
