The end result is satisfactory but there were a few problems along the way. First of all, the products used are not what was stated in the contract. Also, the painter who applied the two coats of polyurethane sealer and was not supervised did an unsatisfactory job. He did not sand between coats which resulted in a rough finish. To correct this after I complained, the area manager and a supervisor came and sanded the windows and applied a third coat.
