9 weeks ago Dr Minas did a total replacement on my right knee and I feel like a new person. For the past 2-3 years I could not bend my knee and had to drag it to even get in car and was in constant pain , after several X-rays n ct I had osteoarthritis with two bones grinding at each other and fragments going everywhere. They did measurements and my new knee was ordered. My surgery was a success and I was walking two hours after surgery. Dr. Tom Minas is the BEST of the best!!!! He operated on my knee 25 years ago when ACI was new to the states. Because of him, I was able to wait more than 20 years to have my knee replaced. When that time came, I made the mistake of NOT having Dr. Minas do the joint replacement since he was 1,000 miles away. I’ll forever regret this because my multiply operated knee presented a tough case, and my St. Louis surgeon ended up implanting a faulty TKR. Dr Minas was awesome, took his time and listened to the symptoms and history. He explained the situation and early options. He was very patient with my questions which is so important to me. I was super impressed and very much appreciative. I would highly recommend him.

I had a knee replacement surgery by Dr. Minas at the Paley Institute, I had other surgeries there in the past and prior to my initial surgery I did a research of doctors and clinics for this type of care and found the Surgeons and staff at the Paley institute to be one of the best in the field for these procedures, which is the reason I traveled 268 miles without a second thought to have the procedures needed to be performed at the Paley Institute.
