This was my puppy’s first groom and it was a great experience. Excellent communication and updates throughout the day. Even sent him home with a cute Halloween bandana☺️! We use the Parc for our vet visits, but we will definitely be back to Parc Grand Resort for grooming services.
The staff at the Grand are absolutely the BEST! They are so incredibly friendly and helpful and always greet you with a smile. I left my cat Emma with them and she happened to be staying there on her birthday. Not only did they email me the most adorable photos of her on her actual birthday, but when I returned from vacation to pick her up, they sent us home with a sweet birthday card signed by everyone at The Grand. Staff seemed pet friendly. Definitely a place I would feel safe boarding my furr baby. I was very impressed and willing to the cost
