Took two cats in that are not the easiest to deal with. Staff was wonderful, gentle with the pets, very upfront about costs, and very accommodating. Dr Hayden is wonderful and so was the vet tech Brooke. I've also been to the main campus and never had anything but good experiences. Highly reccomend this vet office.
The staff at the Grand are absolutely the BEST! They are so incredibly friendly and helpful and always greet you with a smile. I left my cat Emma with them and she happened to be staying there on her birthday. Not only did they email me the most adorable photos of her on her actual birthday, but when I returned from vacation to pick her up, they sent us home with a sweet birthday card signed by everyone at The Grand. This was my puppy’s first groom and it was a great experience. Excellent communication and updates throughout the day. Even sent him home with a cute Halloween bandana☺️! We use the Parc for our vet visits, but we will definitely be back to Parc Grand Resort for grooming services.
I take my older dog here for his allergy shot regularly and my other dogs get their vaccines here. We love Dr Hayden! We use the big PARC location for more difficult medical needs. Our visits here are always super quick and the place is never overly crowded. I can also tell all the staff love animals and care for their well being! Great experience every time
I've been here twice to get my dog shots and tests done and both times have been speedy and efficient. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
