From the moment I entered the door I was greeted with a smile and recognized by my name. My dental hygienist came to take me in a friendly way for teeth cleaning and x-tays. She made the experience a pleasant one as she calmly explained each procedure. Dr. Sutton came in also in his very upbeat and happy to see me mood. I am so happy to have Ballard Family Denistry to take care of my dental care needs.
This place is quality. I had a misunderstanding about their annual dental plan and was a little frustrated. They not only listened patiently, but took time to explain thoroughly what the misunderstanding was. They also were sure to honor as much as they could for what I thought I had. They are honest and good people. They work with families who are on a budget and don't make you feel bad for not paying extra for services. I have ALWAYS loved the Dentist- he is AMAZING. Honest, helpful, gives you time, etc etc etc.
Went in feeling very anxious. The staff made that much better. Made my visit more comfortable. The price was so much better than what we were expecting. Ballard Family Dentistry will be our new home for dental needs.

From walking in the door to walking out the door I was treated with kindness and respect. I have not been the best at my oral care and was not made to feel ashamed. Very understanding hygienist and the Dentist was just as good . Listened to my questions and concerns and made me feel comfortable.
