Super nice office! Newley built and very spacious I wanna come. The building is so nice looking. It has a colonial plantation style feel. I always love visiting Ballard family dental Benbrook. The office staff and doctor are super nice and friendly. Tarah is the absolute best Assistant & Xiomydelis is an exceptional office manager. If you or your kiddos need an orthodontist. Bortnem Orthodontics next-door is fantastic as well. Have digital x-rays and digital teeth scanning capabilities.
I love Ballard Family Dentistry. Dr.Sutton is a great guy. Love him. I love everyone in the office. Very nice professional people. Shout out to Cassie my Dental Hygienist. She's amazing. I can't say enough about all of them. I am very comfortable when I visit them.
Best dentist I’ve been to in Decades! Dr. Shepard and his staff are professional, Kind and very personable. They know their stuff! They made sure I was feeling great with my new crowns before I Ieft the office. They have great follow-up. Again, best dental practice!
I found Ballard through my insurance and I couldn't be happier that I did! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Erin did my cleaning and my teeth have NEVER felt so clean. Dr. Sutton went over all my concerns, never made me feel rushed and explained things on a way I understand. I love that they text me with my appointments and reminders. I've scheduled my Next two appointments! Highly recommended!
These people are the Best. It was all about me and my needs!! I have a horrible past of dental neglect BUT… Dr Sheppard, Tamara and Hannah are Amazing. I did not feel a single ounce of judgment and now have a strong CREW on my team for better overall health. And a Special shout out for the kindness of the reception ladies and Plan specialist.
