My husband booked an appointment for my dog almost a month ago. They rebooked the appointment to a week later because apparently a groomer had a family emergency. They then called and cancelled that appointment, because they were still short staffed. They told us they would get back to us with a new appointment, and offered 50% off our groom. We waited 2 weeks and still never heard from them. My husband then contacted them asking about the groom, and they are still putting us off. Wonder when my dog will finally get groomed?
Heard that they are under new owners and there are no groomers at this location. Tried to book an appointment over the past few months with no luck. It has always been rescheduled with one excuse or another. Do not recommend for the prices they have. 0/5 stars if i could
They do great work when they actually keep the appointment... They have cancelled and rescheduled almost every appointment I have with them.... Not impressed with that. But they do a good job once you are actually able to see them
This place is great! They took great care of my dog when I had to work and he came home with a fresh cut that looked great. 10/10
My dog is really nervous and they still are able to trim her nails... Very patient!
