I brought my dog in for an assessment today and honestly, it was a very heartbreaking experience. There was only one staff member managing two rooms full of dogs. The dogs were constantly barking and howling, and none of them were being engaged, played with, or comforted. If we are paying this much money, I truly expect proper supervision, care, and interaction. I stayed for about an hour and couldn’t wait to leave because the environment felt extremely stressful and depressing — not just for me, but clearly for the dogs too... read more

I had a great experience at The Pawsh Dog. Booking an appointment online was quick and easy, and when I phoned with a few questions, the staff were friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that the groomer was available for a quick chat before my dog’s appointment - it made me feel confident leaving my pup in their care. Overall, great service and a very welcoming team!

Bella loves going to The Pawsh Dog. Staff is always friendly & helpful. We appreciate the report cards & photos. There is no direct line to the actual daycare to speak to someone when you call, which is an inconvenience & hopefully will change soon.

My dog has a great time with the groomers. The staff are amazing and it’s super easy and always makes him look and smell great! Really helps keep the shedding down, and we always leave the store with a lil treat! Thanks again! Xtra thanks to Viktoriia, they always do such a great job!!
