We've been going to Pawsh Dog since the original Marion location opened many years ago. In more recent years, we love the new location - more space & better parking options for pickup & drop off. Our grooming experiences have been fantastic. Daycare included on grooming day is so convenient. Casey always has the cutest teddy cuts. We love the online client portal and the photos and report card at the end of her service are always fun to recieve. Thank you!!
We sent our husky/German Shepherd X there for a groom for the first time in her life because he shedding was out of control. She came out looking (and smelling!) better than ever. I couldn't keep you with the constant brushing to try and get her shedding under control so I'm super glad we picked them to handle it. My dog has a great time with the groomers. The staff are amazing and it’s super easy and always makes him look and smell great! Really helps keep the shedding down, and we always leave the store with a lil treat! Thanks again! Xtra thanks to Viktoriia, they always do such a great job!!
Pawsh Dog service has had its ups and downs - for service quality and facility etc . i will just say for reference that i have been going to them on and off for 12 years . Stopped going at their old location because i was not happy . But tried again when they open a new location . At first they seemed a bit shaky and inconsistent . But lately notice regular faces(Staff) and more consistency and better outcomes with my dog for grooming service . The latest groom was the best my dog had ever had by them . Marion location - The groomer we had was fabulous. She did an amazing job on our puppers. What was heartbreaking and just plain disgusting was the state of the facility. Dog urine everywhere, the large dog area had no mats, no beds, no toys, just a big empty room with dog urine. Not enough staff to attend to the animals there. I will stress the groomer did a great job but we will never attend again due to the deplorable conditions inside.
