My experience was wonderful at Pawsh Westwood yesterday. Very pleased with check-in and checkout communication from the front end staff. My dog is usually quite nervous, however, the staff seemed to put her at ease. Her trim is perfect as well.

Scooter had a great time at doggy daycare here. Could keep all his furry friends there very, very active and above all taught the art of being an "escape artist" through the tiniest crack in a door. He loved it here as the cuddles were many especially if he had a down day especially when he lost his "Dad" after so many car rides to HSC for all of his 4 years Scooter spent with us. I’ve brought my puppy to Pawsh Dog about 5×1 overnight. The people there have treated him with love. I feel comfortable taking him there in the grooming is very good as well.

Eri is his regular groomer and she does a lovely job. I have only good things to say about having her care for Mac. I do have some issues with the facility. It doesn’t smell good. The phone isn’t answered so having a great texting system to which a quick response is given, is critical. Shelves are mostly empty. For the price we pay, the place should look and be far more cared for. But again, Eri does a great job with Mac. I would give her 4.5 stars but the overall experience is 3.

Best de-she’d our girl has ever gotten. Her nails are clipped nice and neat with no stray snagglers. What an amazing job. She smelled so lovely even after spending the whole day in daycare. Thanks again.
