******! I used Perfectionist Cleaning for window cleaning in April 2023 and had a great experience, which is why I hired them again in April 2026. Unfortunately, this second experience was completely different.I was told they would arrive between 9:0010:00am, but after multiple calls throughout the day, they didnt show up until 3:00pm. The crew that arrived did not speak English, rushed through the job, and the quality of the cleaning was poor. We had used this company in prior years to do a deep cleaning of the estate and the services offered this time were extremely disappointing. Not only did the cleaning ladies need constant re-direction regarding the areas needing to be cleaned, but they had extremely poor time management skills. Often they would be found gathered together in one room of the house.
