RecommendedI had a few problems with the company. Number 1, I was told that they would be using water buckets to hold tent down but the men ended up trenching which upset my neighbor ( I live in a Mobile home park) so they trenched his yard to place the tent! Number 2, they also torqued/ damaged my awnings but they are replacing them without any problems. I was a little worried about that but Jim the supervisor was very accommodating. They were sub-contracted by Terminix; came on time & put the tent up quickly after going through the house with us & making sure everything was ready. They worked with us to make sure our trees & plants would be safe. They were all very professional and patiently answered questions about the process.
