Visited Thomas who was thorough and set me at ease. After he had diagnosed my two issues we started a course of acupuncture. After only the first session the difference is incredible. A little way to go yet but i'm super happy with the service.

On my first visit I was left sitting in the reception area for over 20 minutes even though I checked in At reception when I arrived. The receptionists - there were 2 - May of not ket the physiotherapist know I was there but I thought it was strange that the physiotherapist didn’t come out them to even check if I was there. Remember this was my first time there so I don’t know where the physio rooms are so wasn’t going to start wandering around a building that I’m not familiar with or know where the treatment rooms are.
