I’ve been living here at the Piedmont for almost 4 years! It’s been fantastic and if I ever have any maintenance issues, maintenance is pretty quick to respond! Living in this apartment has been a total game-changer for me. The location is fantastic, with everything I need right at my fingertips. The building itself is well-maintained, and the neighbors are friendly and welcoming. I've found the management team to be responsive and helpful, making my life much easier. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apartment experience.
Our tour of the Piedmont Apartments in Tempe was exceptional! First of all the property is spectacular! Everything is beautifully upgraded and laid out. Our tour was led by Morgan Helmeczi, who was one of the most articulate and professional sales people I’ve ever dealt with. I was so impressed with her honesty and attention to detail. She listened to all of our needs and showed us a variety of things to help us make our decision. I highly recommend this property and Morgan for a tour!
This is my second lease at The Piedmont. I left years ago due to poor management, but the location is unbeatable, so I gave it another shot after living in Scottsdale. I’m glad I did. The new management team has completely turned things around. I’ve been back for five months, and there’s been constant improvement—like a new parking gate for residents, updated signage, and upgraded gym equipment. The halls and common areas are always clean. Seriously impressed with this place. The apartments are modern and well-kept, and the community has a great vibe. Joshua was the best part of the experience—super friendly, easy to talk to, and really knows his stuff. He made the whole tour fun and relaxed, which made the process way easier.
