Obviously do not listen to the 5 star reviews from people who just toured but do not actually live here. This place is outrageously expensive when you add the hidden fees on top of your rent (read another review below this to hear about that), so my expectations here were quite high. The Wi-Fi (which isn't even included in your rent) is incredibly slow and lags constantly, even when loading basic web browsing tasks. I had a great experience visiting Piedmont, thanks to Joshua. He was friendly, professional, and really knew his stuff about the complex. He took the time to show me around, answer my questions, and make sure I had all the information I needed. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and making them feel welcome. If you’re looking at Piedmont, definitely reach out to Joshua—he’s great to work with!
Seriously impressed with this place. The apartments are modern and well-kept, and the community has a great vibe. Joshua was the best part of the experience—super friendly, easy to talk to, and really knows his stuff. He made the whole tour fun and relaxed, which made the process way easier.
Our tour of the Piedmont Apartments in Tempe was exceptional! First of all the property is spectacular! Everything is beautifully upgraded and laid out. Our tour was led by Morgan Helmeczi, who was one of the most articulate and professional sales people I’ve ever dealt with. I was so impressed with her honesty and attention to detail. She listened to all of our needs and showed us a variety of things to help us make our decision. I highly recommend this property and Morgan for a tour!
The fire alarms, parking, and garbage smell in lower levels of the building are the biggest issues in this community. To be woken up repeatedly in a panic was definitely rough on my studies. The parking here was really good in my experience until they sold out to ASU and started implementing changes. They towed my car during finals week as well (when they made the changed).
