Avoid The Piedmont. After Mark-Taylor sold the property, everything changed. The new management refused to honor the lease agreement we originally signed and instead attempted to charge us an additional payment that was never part of our contract. In total, they tried to increase what we owed by more than $3,300. We have the signed lease and documentation showing what we originally agreed to, yet that didn’t seem to matter. Property used to be managed by Mark Taylor who is fantastic to work with. Friendly responsive and professional. It is now managed by Scion who could not be more awful to work with. I recently moved into the Piedmont and am starting school at ASU soon and I just wanted to take a moment to give a shout out to the manager Valerie. She is the sweetest, most knowledgeable and helpful person I have met since I arrived in AZ. Keep up the good work! Appreciate you!
Our tour of the Piedmont Apartments in Tempe was exceptional! First of all the property is spectacular! Everything is beautifully upgraded and laid out. Our tour was led by Morgan Helmeczi, who was one of the most articulate and professional sales people I’ve ever dealt with. I was so impressed with her honesty and attention to detail. She listened to all of our needs and showed us a variety of things to help us make our decision. I highly recommend this property and Morgan for a tour!
Applied for our new apartment, Chelsea was AMAZING! Really took the time to explain the whole process to us including monthly fees. She really made us feel welcome and we can’t wait to move in next month.
