Applied for our new apartment, Chelsea was AMAZING! Really took the time to explain the whole process to us including monthly fees. She really made us feel welcome and we can’t wait to move in next month.
Our tour of the Piedmont Apartments in Tempe was exceptional! First of all the property is spectacular! Everything is beautifully upgraded and laid out. Our tour was led by Morgan Helmeczi, who was one of the most articulate and professional sales people I’ve ever dealt with. I was so impressed with her honesty and attention to detail. She listened to all of our needs and showed us a variety of things to help us make our decision. I highly recommend this property and Morgan for a tour!
This place is AMAZIING! best apartments in tempe hands down the luxury amenitys and attenetion to detail from the staff is top noch! The leasing team Chelsea and Maile at the front desk are the best so friendly and welcoming and fast to respond to anything that has come up. Thier new assistant manger kailey is a great addition to the property as well!
I can’t wait to get out of this apartment. They claim to be luxury, but all they care about is appearances in the lobby and common areas. I had severe mold in my shower, and when they finally fixed it, they painted the new wall the wrong color, left a mess in my bathroom, left my shower rod and curtain on the floor, and then reinstalled it incorrectly when I asked about it. I’ve been living here at the Piedmont for almost 4 years! It’s been fantastic and if I ever have any maintenance issues, maintenance is pretty quick to respond! Also loving the resident events they have been doing lately! Shout out to the entire staff for always being so amazing and friendly! Also l
