The apartments are very well maintained and it is a nice, quiet living environment. The maintenance crew is extremely responsive, and Brandon was especially helpful when my fridge stopped working. Leasing team is very responsive too and are quick with documentation stuff. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good place to live with excellent service right next to the campus!
Our tour of the Piedmont Apartments in Tempe was exceptional! First of all the property is spectacular! Everything is beautifully upgraded and laid out. Our tour was led by Morgan Helmeczi, who was one of the most articulate and professional sales people I’ve ever dealt with. I was so impressed with her honesty and attention to detail. She listened to all of our needs and showed us a variety of things to help us make our decision. I highly recommend this property and Morgan for a tour!
This has been a great leasing experience for our son’s first apartment. Chelsea and Maile were the two leasing associates that we worked with, and they were phenomenal. They walked us through the entire process, accommodated our change requests, and had great communication. All of our questions and concerns were answered promptly! Let’s dive into this place: 1. Very dirty and smelly hallways. Piedmont has a trash system where residents leave their trash outside their doors for collection. Unfortunately it’s not efficient and the hallways reek of garbage, it’s unsanitary, and the hallway rugs are filled with dirt stains. 2. I’ve had 2 different instances with rats being in the apartment, I believe this is due to the trash being left outside everyones door weekly. 3.
