We are very happy with The place In Elgin, everyone has been really nice, patient, respectful and understanding. They will work with you if your child as food allergies and if your child has outside therapy’s. All staff is amazing! They will send you updates about your child throughout the day and communicate with you with any concerns immediately. The location is very convenient and has lots of parking for drop off/pick up. I have nothing but good stuff for this place my grandson has been going here for a Short time the difference it has made is outstanding!! The staff is so good with him he gets up in the morning wanting to go, they have worked so much with him he now responds to his name looks me in the eye calls me grandma and has learned so much I can’t say enough good things about the team I thank them daily for everything they do with my grandson!!!
