I recently visited this center and was truly impressed with what I observed during my tour. All the therapists and clients were actively engaged in meaningful, play-based learning, and the BCBAs were providing thoughtful clinical support and guidance throughout. The Operations Supervisor, Felicia, did an exceptional job helping me see and feel the positive impact this team has on the lives of the children and families they serve. The amount of patience and compassion the staff have shown speaks volumes of the admiration and dedication they have to not only to assist with learning goals but also build a relationship that makes the learning fun and motivating.
Working with the Oak Lawn location as a BCBA has been such a positive experience! The management team is super communicative with each other and every staff member cares about the quality of their therapy and it shows every day.
So thankful for the opportunities available here to support my child. Highly recommend!
I would give this place 0 stars if I could! They LIE AND WASTE YOUR TIME. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Been giving the run around since December paid for my child to start in Feb , here it is the end of March and now they asking me to pay another $900 when my child still haven’t even started!!! Don’t waste your time with these people
