This is my based in my observation & experience at this Facility, the place is beautiful & fancy, when being pitched for your elders, “The Marketing tool” seems to be bringing people during Happy hour or at meal times! I have witness how residents that once were independent, ended up extremely upset once the level of care increased. I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Plaza, where my 98-year-old grandmother resides. From the moment we arrived, we felt the warmth and care of the staff. From our first welcoming introduction to the Plaza from Barry, my sisters and I have been so pleased with the Plaza. We feel fortunate to have our mom in a place that takes care of all her needs and she is so happy to be there. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a safe and loving place for a loved one to consider the Plaza.
My mother has transformed into a different person within 4 weeks of living here! She was depressed and lonely, completely isolating herself, and now!!!
