This time, Don C., the plumber who was sent to us, did a very thorough job, snaking not only from the trap under the sink, but also from the clean out plug in the basement, all the way to the main drainage stack. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I contacted this company multiple times beginning at 8:30 a.m. to schedule sewer service for my property. When I followed up at approximately 4:30 p.m., I was told I would be the next stop. However, no technician arrived, and no follow-up communication occurred. We have an 1900 yr old home that we purchased that has many baths and sinks and the original piping has had multiple new additions over many years. The first two weeks we had 0 heat, one toilet that worked and no hot water and a huge drain leak in the second floor main bath.
