Our kitchen sink drain had become almost clogged, even though we'd had it snaked about a year ago...by someone from your company. This time, Don C., the plumber who was sent to us, did a very thorough job, snaking not only from the trap under the sink, but also from the clean out plug in the basement, all the way to the main drainage stack. Our furnace died on Dec. 29 th Michele from The Plumber sent Michael to assess the problem .He was courteous , informative , and quoted a very competitive price . Because of our age and the rampant illness accompanying the holidays , he accommodated us by wearing a mask ALL DAY , no small feat ! Two great young men came to check out our furnace that had stopped blowing warm air in the middle of the night. It was a very easy fix for them because we had messed up the installation of the filter. We had filters on hand and they put in a new one. They made sure that our furnace was in good working order and chatted with us for awhile. I will call again if I ever need repairs. I had a plumbing issue. The crew came out, knew exactly what to do, and the issue was solved quickly. Beautiful job from start to finish and restoration was fantastic. Very satisfied customer!!
Mike and Joe did a Great job. The price was more than I expected. Mike also said if the ground sinks they would bring fill in. I will have to have someone come in to grade and seed the area.
