Had a water heater and vent work done. Everything from the estimate to the work was done quickly and efficiently. Pat came out and gave a thorough and honest estimate and Nick and Jason completed the work the next day with no issues. Would definitely recommend these guys to any in need of their services!
Our hot water heater decided to split right down the middle on a Saturday. A friend recommended The Plumber. I called, they couldn't have been nicer and promptly told me the time their technician would be here.. He was right on time, within three hours, installed a new heater, and removed the old one. He was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. We were very happy their service, However, the price was higher than we had planned for.
We had a great experience with this company. They came within a couple hours of our call after we discovered leaks and were professional from start to finish. The plumber worked hard to find the leaks while causing as little damage as possible and kept us informed every step of the way. Two great young men came to check out our furnace that had stopped blowing warm air in the middle of the night. It was a very easy fix for them because we had messed up the installation of the filter. We had filters on hand and they put in a new one. They made sure that our furnace was in good working order and chatted with us for awhile. I will call again if I ever need repairs.
