I recently had them come in and move some plumbing from one wall to another. The job was completed and I was happy. That was until a few days later when the tenant in the downstairs apartment called and said that there was water coming through the ceiling of her kitchen. And sure enough the culprit was the new plumbing. The plumber had put put a screw into the hot water line, not enough that it was gushing, but enough that it led to water to come through the walls and the ceiling. Don was great! He showed up on time and installed my dishwasher without any issues. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. He even addressed a different plumbing issue I had as well which was greatly appreciated.
