Had a water heater and vent work done. Everything from the estimate to the work was done quickly and efficiently. Pat came out and gave a thorough and honest estimate and Nick and Jason completed the work the next day with no issues. Would definitely recommend these guys to any in need of their services!
Our hot water heater decided to split right down the middle on a Saturday. A friend recommended The Plumber. I called, they couldn't have been nicer and promptly told me the time their technician would be here.. He was right on time, within three hours, installed a new heater, and removed the old one. He was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. We were very happy their service, However, the price was higher than we had planned for.
We had a great experience with this company. They came within a couple hours of our call after we discovered leaks and were professional from start to finish. The plumber worked hard to find the leaks while causing as little damage as possible and kept us informed every step of the way. I’m bad with names but I believe it was Tim who fixed the broken pipe leading to our outdoor spigot. If I have the name wrong, I hope someone from the company corrects me because he deserves the praise. This is the second time he’s worked on issues for us and both times he’s gone above and beyond. He’s a very nice man who is very experienced and who takes his time to thoroughly investigate what’s wrong, repair it properly and explain everything to you. I really like the man and would highly recommend him.
Waited a week since having the work completed before posting a review to ensure everything was working as expected. I’m not disappointed. Will S did a phenomenal job walking me through the entire process and gameplan of installing the lift pump in our basement. Since then, everything is working even better than expected and I’m very pleased with the work that was done, as well as the attention to detail and clean up afterward. Thanks, Will!
