April 2024 I over paid 18 k for them to leave my yard like this for a year. Still not fixed. They did job without permit so they can give me a small system that failed. They won’t give my my money back and still haven’t fixed it. Called them all summer and never got a call back. They would just keep telling me they will call me when they can finish job. Two great young men came to check out our furnace that had stopped blowing warm air in the middle of the night. It was a very easy fix for them because we had messed up the installation of the filter. We had filters on hand and they put in a new one. They made sure that our furnace was in good working order and chatted with us for awhile. I will call again if I ever need repairs. Called these guys out for a back up of sink. Thought it might be at the sewer like. After some diagnosis Jason said it's most likely inside the house. He quickly gave me an estimate and took his time to make sure the blockage was COMPLETELY cleared. These guys were friendly and professional. Thanks for a good job!
Our kitchen sink drain had become almost clogged, even though we'd had it snaked about a year ago...by someone from your company. This time, Don C., the plumber who was sent to us, did a very thorough job, snaking not only from the trap under the sink, but also from the clean out plug in the basement, all the way to the main drainage stack.
