Ehhh its ok, could be worse I moved in with a friend of mine and we took the risk of getting two random roommates in the four bedroom. Luckily we got a good roommate and the other room was empty. Our lease started on the 1st of a month but they didn't let us move in till the 15th, which wasn't that big of a deal but we wanted to move in ASAP. Good for the money After management changed, reserve got better. No utilities and no water, just rent! That's pretty cool
DO NOT SIGN A LEASE Nothing there looks anything close to the model apartment they show. Everything is worn. They sit around and think up fees that they can charge you for. We changed apartments mid-lease. They charge $250 because the new room has been professionally clean, that's fine. Then they say "per you lease you have to pay professional cleaner to clean your old room." Wait... what???? I have to pay to have a room professional cleaned so that you can charge the next person $250 for the service????? They leasing office... read more
Go to the apartment complex next door They are not above putting you in an apartment that is dirty, falling apart, and old just to get your money. The current apartment I'm in has a broken dishwasher and screenless windows. It took them a year to get new carpeting and paint. If you want cheap apartments you'll get what you pay for here.
Stay away This has to be the nastiest apartment complex in Jacksonville Alabama. They will nickel and dime you for everything. I had to give the one star because it wouldn't let me give less.
DON'T!!!! Absolutely horrible!! I would never recommend anyone live here! They are not available when needed, fees come from left and right, and the staff AND management could care less about your living experience! Not worth the cheap price and furniture is way outdated!
Cockroach Motel Do not stay here. 2-3 cockroaches per day in apartment. Miserable. Never had this much filth. Submitted work orders and minimal work was done to repair deficiencies. Not worth the money.
Horrible The apartment i currently stay in is horrible. They care nothing about thier residents and the the maintnence crew is unsatisfactory. I am currently looking to move to a new apartment in a differnt area.
