We decided to go with The Pool Doctor to build our dream pool and we couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. We chose to do a 16x32 saltwater inground pool. The whole process was great and they provided outstanding communication every step of the way and got everything done in a timely manner. I’ll recommend them to anyone! They truly turned our backyard into our own little oasis ☀️
The Pool Doctor just completed our pool project, and they did a wonderful job! Katrina was awesome every step of the process and was always willing to answer all our questions. Ralph and the guys were very informative and built a beautiful pool. Absolutely the worse !!!!! I would never recommend this company to anyone . They have been working on our pool since the beginning of pool season and here it is the end of summer and my pool has yet to function properly. I don’t know what’s worse having the wrong systems installed , having to add water everytime you come or the workers who clearly have no idea as to what they are doing . Con Artist ??? . There are NO words to express the job done by The Pool Doctor. We were left in shambles from another contractor if that is what you call him. I called Ralph, he was busy as could be, but took the time to come to my home. He took one look and said I can turn this all around for you. He and his crew started in January and by March there was water in my pool and it is just beautiful. We now have a brand new pool from an old concrete pool that was built back in the 50's. I recommend Pool Doctor. Ralph the owner works side by sise with his crew. They installed my pool within 3 days. To see the whole construction take place was amazing. Shannon is Ralph's wife. Her and Adam take care of the office matters. Shannon is pretty busy but will respond to you. We were SUPER HAPPY with our install. Their prices were better than other companies I looked into as well. If you are fortunate enough to get them as your builder, then you are winning. Thanks again.
