RecommendedIan is always very pleasant and helpful. Always nice to see whenever I need something from the front. He’s personally come down and fixed our front door lock on 2 occasions. One of the best staff members here

RecommendedI’ve visited the community and know the assist property manager Ingrid Gomez. The property and The apartments are real nice and spacious with a great pool area. I would definitely recommend the the community for anyone looking for a place to call home.

Do NOT ever consider living at The Reef. From day one it has been nothing but a terrible experience. I have gone 3 years without a mailbox key, the gate to promote resident safety is a joke and has never worked, they nickel and dime with utilities without letting residents know that was even starting, maintenance requests go months without being addressed, let alone fixed, and the whole management team is arrogant, rude, and unhelpful at all times. All residents signed a lease that states they would pay for their electric bill, we would be happy to share a copy of your lease with you if you would like.
