Dog sh$t EVERYWHERE throughout the complex and especially in the south end of the complex where they don't have to do anything about it. They will show you the front of the complex and some open clean apartment with the outside all cleaned up. But most of the grounds, especially in the back is full of childish adults letting their dogs sh$t directly on people's front porches. No regard.
