GREAT PLACE TO LIVE I have been here since 2021 and couldn't be happier. It's well lit, quiet, safe, close to White Oak shopping center and restaurants. The Office Staff have been very kind and helpful when I needed something or had a question. The Maintenance staff has been quick to respond and are also very professional and polite. The grounds are well kept. Highly recommend.

The management team and the maintenance team are amazing, which we know from experience makes a huge difference with living in an apartment. Verified Renter No complaints about living here. Its a good location if youre looking for something quiet and close to anything you really need. Maintenance is fast at responding as well as the team in the main office. I will say we had many issues with our AC unit that caused a jump in our Duke bill for months but that may just be our specific unit.
