Torrizos Thomas Mechanical Engineer Excellent location , Excellent view and all around great spot to live in. The surrounding area is buckhead prime for shopping, dining and just all around entertainment. There's something in this location for everyone to do even if you are into the semi bohemian lifestyle lol .The Residence sit right in the center of the new Shops of buckhead atlanta and there's a community park about 500 feet from the apartment. Leasing Agent VERY Unfriendly and Snobby I recently visited the Residence at Buckhead apartment complex and was sorely disappointed in the experience. I spoke with one of the leasing agents, Deniece who was very unfriendly and made me feel like I was just another number walking through. I make well over six figures yet she treated me as if I wasn't "good enough" to live in their community. I tried to follow up with her after my visit but she did not return calls.
