Fast delivery had an issue with my order once i received it,but i called them and they took care of the issue with no questions asked. I will only buy any my automotive light needs from TRS. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future,and highly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic products and the best customer service. One of the sets of lights I ordered wouldn't fit when I tried installing it, and they immediately processed a return authorization without any hassle. They also stand by their warranties.
Shipping was great product was great. But product install was lacking. The video does not show the clips that need to be squeezed tho remove the 7 bolt cover below the headlight assy- You remove the bolts and pull like crazy and it still come off—until you find the semi hidden clips. The video also does not another plate that you have you have to align to put this 7 bolt plate back in. If this information was included it would have shortened my instill by 2 hours
Been dealing with The Retrofit Source for about a year now. Best lighting products in the industry for sure! The people there become family. I’ve done a couple trips for some of the team for their other companies and it’s a BLAST every time and seeing real world testing in the field is a great way to compare products! The proof is in the pudding!
I’m extremely disappointed. The company advertises and sells the X5-R 2.0 shrouds, but they were not included/shipped in my order. When I contacted customer service about the missing parts, they told me they no longer carry them. They offered a small discount on replacement shrouds as an apology for the error, but the discount does not apply to halo or front ring lighted versions. As a result, I’m now stuck—two weeks later and still unable to finish building my headlights.
I’ve been a customer for over 10+ years & the service has always been outstanding. Recently had a GTR LED bulb fail, gave them a call, and they handled it quickly— Shout out to Dexter @TRS. He took care of me & the problem.. In today’s world, customer service isn’t always a priority for big companies, so it’s great to see why you guys continue to be successful. Appreciate you all , and you’ll always have my business when it comes to automotive lighting. Thanks, TRS!
